Netball Course and discover the fundamentals of this exciting and dynamic sport! During the course, participants will learn essential footwork techniques that are crucial for agility and quick movements on the netball court. Proper footwork forms the basis of effective positioning, enabling players to optimize their performance and react swiftly to changing game situations.
This course is designed to provide a solid foundation in key areas such as footwork, ball skills, defensive strategies and gameplay.
